CASTELUL VÂNĂTORESC (The Hunting Castle) is the only one within the MANUC COMPLEX in HÎNCEȘTI / BASARABIA, which has been preserved so well and is in its original form and image, without any intervention.
   In 1975 the decision was made to transform the CASTELUL VÂNĂTORESC from the territory of the estate into a MUSEUM of HISTORY and ETHNOGRAPHY, the opening of the exhibition took place on August 24, 1979.
   Today in the CASTLE is arranged the MUSEUM of HISTORY and ETHNOGRAPHY of the district. In each room of the Museum, you will discover: „evidence” of the war, traditional outfits of different types, things of MANUC-Bey, objects, documents and books related to the history of the Complex and the activity of MANUC-Bey, but also in general what have been in the history of HÎNCEȘTI County, the country and the region since ancient times (i.s.).
