Changsha (literally: "Long sandbar") is the capital of central China's Hunan Province and has more than 7,044,000 residents. Changsha is located in the Xiang River valley plain and it has a moist monsoon climate of the subtropical zone. Although not as ancient a capital city as Beijing, Nanjing or Xian, Changsha also has rich historical heritages including old wall remains, tomb sites, religious temples and buildings. The Window of the World is a theme park located in Changsha, Hunan, China. It has about 50 reproductions of some of the most famous tourist attractions in the world squeezed into 40 hectares.
